On Monday 3rd July, I celebrated my 1st anniversary with Elwood Healthcare and what a way to celebrate, with the opening of a new “sales hub” enabled by the engagement of 3 fantastic new colleagues offering a new dimension and raft of experience to our existing and established team.
It’s certainly been a very dynamic and exciting 12 months, for which I give thanks to the excellent efforts of our amazing team, the continued loyalties of our valued client base and above all, the hard work and dedication of our workforce who continue to impress and support the monthly growth of our business.
Our centralised sales team will be charged with raising the profile of the business and of course promoting the availability of our talent pool on a 24 hour basis, who are now at our disposal at a moment’s notice. This will be achieved by engaging with targeted services across our catchment areas of Birmingham, Wolverhampton, the Black Country, Coventry, London, and Hertfordshire. The team will of course also be on-hand and available to all services in those catchment areas to discuss any questions or queries you may have, whether they be regarding Temporary, Contract or Permanent staffing needs. So, if we’re not already speaking with you or availing you of our services, I do apologise but please rest assured that one of my colleagues will be in touch at some point very soon to discuss your needs and explain exactly why our service is being so well received.
The “Hub” now based in our Wolverhampton location, was also made possible by our expansion into a larger suite of offices which include a bespoke training facility supporting both our e-learning bundle, with dedicated workstations, and the space and equipment required to deliver on all our practical classroom based modules or client specific courses demanded of their specialised services.
Let us introduce our new Hub Team, Holly Foster, Britney Hylton, & Monica Bardas.
Holly is a born competitor and strives for excellence in everything she does, she commented “once I have the bit between my teeth, there’s no obstacle I can’t get over” perhaps 15 years of competitive show jumping may have taught her a thing or two.
Britney sashays into the team with all the style and grace of a ballroom dance champion, whilst oozing the passion of a Latin Tango, adding some style and flare to the mix, but she’s much more than sequins, dance heels and a big wig. Being a Law graduate, she brings a great deal of corporate sensibility a sense of justice, fair play for everyone and a best practice approach to everything she does.
Monica brings a maturity and vast array of customer service to the team, having been trained by a blue chip company her eye for detail and commercial appetite for compliance provide a natural segue into her new role. This is matched only by her drive and ambition to help others and improve the quality of the service users experience. She believes this will be achieved through excellent recruitment, watertight screening processes, on-going training, and ultimately the professional relationship development of a robust and reliable workforce.
Elwood welcomes each of these jewels to the family and we look forward to sharing all their successes with you all in the coming months.
